Greetings!
It is once again that time of year again, and the excitement of ZFest is building. ZFest 2013 is just around the corner and will once again be in Greenville, SC. ZFest 2013 will be from August 29-September 1.
The ZFest 2013 planning committee is working diligently to put together an event that will satisfy every Z owners soul and the details will be posted here soon. In the mean time, we suggest that you make your hotel reservations at our 2013 Host hotel, The Hilton Greenville Hotel, by going to the host Host Hotel tab. P,ease note that ZFest 2013 has been extended by on day to run thru Sunday so make your room reservations to include the additional day. Please check back to this site often as it will be updated as events are firmed. Also, if you are planning a convoy or, would like to join a convoy to this event, go to www.zscca.org and check out the Calendar and Events section. There you will find info about which groups are planning their routes and departure times to the event.
While you are at ZFest, and in fact, during your trip to and from, we know that you will be taking tons of pictures of your adventures. If you would like to share your photos, we can help make that happen. Just send me an email and I will send you the upload link to the ZFest website. Also, please post them on your favorite forums along with stories of your adventures. The clubs quarterly magazine, CruZin' NewZ would also love to include your photos and stories in it's next issue and I can help you with that.
As far as what you think is interesting to people, I guarantee that EVERYTHING will be interesting. For those who attended, it will be a fun trip down memory lane. For those who missed out, it will help them appreciate what they missed.
And for those of you who would like to join the ZSCCA, its simple and inexpensive. Just go to www.zscca.org where you will find a wealth of information about the club, membership benefits and how to join. Oh, and here's a little secret....current club members will get a discount when they register for ZFest 2013!

Celebrating 17 Years of Z'ing
Labor Day Weekend 2013...
ZFest 2013 in Greenville, South Carolina will bring all BMW Z Roadster and Coupe enthusiasts together for a weekend filled with wonderful activities for all owners of Z1's, Z3's, Z4's and Z8's.
Scheduled over Labor Day Weekend 2013, the event will begin in the afternoon of Thursday Aug 29th with folks gathering at the host hotel for registration, refreshments and fun.
"With activities planned for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, ZFest '17 is shaping up to be a fantastic event" said ZFest Chair-person and current ZSCCA President David Weeks. "In addition to the event being open to all BMW Z series cars including the Z1, Z3, Z4 and Z8 Coupes and Roadsters, this event will be open to both ZSCCA members and non-members, " the more the merrier." "We are planning wonderful drives, clinics, tours, vendor displays, food and non-stop fun.
In addition to celebrating the 17th anniversary of the BMW Z, Make-A-Wish of South Carolina will be on hand to host a silent auction as a fundraiser to support the wonderful work that they do.
