Past Zfest Info
After 12 years of the BMW Hosted "Homecoming" at the BMW Factory in South Carolina, BMWNA decided not to continue the event. ZSCCA stepped into the breach and decided to host ZFest.
ZFest 2009 was the largest independent gathering of BMW Z1, Z3, Z4 and Z8 Roadsters and Coupes anywhere in the world. ZFest is an event planned and implemented by the ZSCCA, BMW Z Series Car Club of America and all BMW Z Series Enthusiasts were invited.
The first ZFest was held at The King's Island Resort in Cincinnati. Many events and drives were planned throughout the weekend. Highlights included cruising on the Ohio river on the Belle of Cincinnati Riverboat on Friday evening and an awards dinner at the host hotel on Saturday night.
For ZFest 2010, we tool a trip to the West coast and Hyatt Hotel in Valencia, CA hosted the event. This location just north of Los Angeles provide a great location with access to some famous roads like Mulholland Drive, Malibu Canyon and the Pacific Coast Highway.
For ZFest 2011 the event return to it's roots and Embassy Suites in Greenville, SC. With access to the BMW Factory and the create rods in this area, it was a very well attended event with lots of great activities.
